Welcome to Venture Sports the friendliest ski and bike shop in the Vail Colorado Valley. We are an independent shop that has been voted best in in Valley for over 21 years, we pride ourselves on service, quality and our long-standing relationships with our customers. During ski season we provide ski, snowboard, and snowshoe rentals. Our lines include Salomon, Rossignol, Dynastar, K2, Volkl, Nordica, Head, Fischer, Blizzard and more. Our snowboards are represented by Burton Snowboards and hand crafted Venture Snowboards right out our backdoor in Silverton Colorado. We carry Tubbs and Atlas Snowshoes both available for rental or purchase. You will find a complete line of accessories for your comfort out in the elements including thermals tops/bottoms, gloves, hats, goggles, helmets, socks and many more essential items easily forgotten. In addition to our shop we offer ski and snowboard delivery, this is the ultimate custom ski experience and all done in the privacy of your own property. No line, no waiting, and professional personal service. Have a large group? Corporate Group fitting is a specialty of ours.
We are the premier ski tuning shop in the Vail Valley voted best tune for over 9 years in a row along with investing over a half million dollars in our tuning equipment, facilities, and master tuners. The Montana of Switzerland Challenger allows to us custom digitize the tuning process giving us an infinite selection in base structures and edge profiles, it is one of only three in North America and we are pleased to have tuned for two world-cup champions, multiple X-Games medalist, Olympic athletes, ski instructors, ski patrollers, and everyday skiers alike. Summer at Venture Sports, activities change but, the friendliness and service does not. During the summer we become a full service bike shop, tune shop, and tour operator. We have retail, rental, and demo bikes providing you with the opportunity to try before you buy. We cover all aspects of cycling from very high-end road and mountain bikes to the base model serious bike. Our bike line up features Giant Bicycles the company who invented carbon bikes and actually manufactures many frame sets for other bike companies , Yeti right from Golden Colorado and has a cult like following, they are the leader in mountain bike geometry and handling just ride one, you will “feel the difference”, Niner Bikes what they started was not a trend but, revolutionary in the mountain bike industries concept of efficiency and while mentioning efficiency the one and only Cervelo Bikes who invented Aero design road bikes and continues to be on the cutting edge of racing technology completes our line up quiet nicely. Never forgetting, a large majority of us have families, we carry a complete line of kids bikes by Giant ranging from 12 to 24 inches and Chariot Trailers for the little ones. Rest assured we have everyone covered.
