This scenic road bike ride is another great way to get in some base miles without tons of climbing. Follow the Eagle River downhill to Wolcott. Turn right for the 8.5-mile climb up to the Divide. Don’t let the long climb scare you, it only averages 3% for the duration. When you hit the top make sure to enjoy the views of the snow-capped peaks then reverse course back to Venture Sports Avon.
